This module offers a practical solution for complying with control obligations weight of packaged productswhile improving precision dosing to increase profitability.
Le PACKINOV weight control module automates several key stages in the process. It defines automatically the acceptance limitsfor precise dosing to +/-0.5%, weighs all containers once closed and adjusts the dosage if necessary. This avoids overdosing and over-consumption of products.
It generates inspection reportswhich are then stored in the machine's HMI (human-machine interface). This ensures precise monitoring of all production without human intervention.
