Machine safety and ergonomics
Compliance of packinov machines
A mechanical risk exists whenever a moving part can come into contact with a part of the human body and cause injury. Conversely, a moving part of the human body may come into contact with a material element (e.g. a fall).
These elements are often linked to equipment or machinery, but can also involve tools, parts, loads, projected materials or fluids.
The presence of a mechanical risk can therefore be identified by the conjunction of 3 elements: an operator, an element and the energy of a movement.
The manufacturer or designer of work equipment must comply with the essential health and safety requirements listed in the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (design rules).
The purpose of these essential requirements is to enable the free movement of equipment within the European Union and to guarantee a high level of safety.
The CE marking affixed to machinery implies, on the part of the person responsible for placing it on the market, compliance with the essential requirements and procedures laid down in the Machinery Directive and other directives which concern his equipment, such as the Low Voltage Directive or the Compatibility Directive ElectroMagnetic ".
Employers using machinery must comply with the provisions of the French Labour Code (articles R. 4311-1 et seq.), i.e. implement measures to ensure that machinery is maintained in a state of compliance, and that staff are safe and properly trained.
PACKINOV does everything in its power, from design to production, to meet these requirements and guarantee you optimum safety.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO COMMISSION OR USE A MACHINE WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE REGULATIONS.

More than just a sales argument, at PACKINOV, 100% French manufacturing is a reality and almost an obsession!
And our objectives are clear: to reach 100% of PACKINOV subcontracting partners in France, so that we can play an active role in the national revival and momentum.
Today, our results are already very positive, with over 98% from our partners based in France, including 73% in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region and 19% in the Ain. And the others are all European!
